These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pjwin ("pjwin", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pjwin.club and its associated subdomains and mobile-accessible versions (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using any part of the pjwin Platform — including browsing the lobby, registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing a wager — you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules or policies referenced herein, including pjwin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under applicable Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction of residence;

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the pjwin Platform immediately. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain a pjwin account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a non-negotiable requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. pjwin takes this requirement seriously and enforces it through identity verification procedures.

• Not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to applicable sanctions: You confirm you are not on any government or regulatory sanctions list applicable to the Philippine gaming industry.

To access pjwin's gaming services, you must register a single personal account using accurate, complete, and current information. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered pjwin account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the name, mobile number, or payment method used — constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• Know Your Customer (KYC) verification: Before processing any withdrawal request, pjwin requires identity verification. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, and Voter's ID.
• Source of funds: pjwin reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds deposited into your account, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Corporate accounts: Accounts may only be opened by and for natural persons. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register accounts on the pjwin Platform.

pjwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account where verification documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request, or where documentation submitted does not meet acceptable standards.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pjwin login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your device. Specifically:

• You must not share your pjwin login credentials with any other person, including family members;
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your pjwin account, whether for wagering, withdrawals, or any other purpose;
• You must choose a password that is not easily guessable and is distinct from passwords used on other platforms;
• You must notify pjwin's support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

pjwin will not be responsible for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses arising from shared credentials, compromised devices, or phishing attacks where the resulting access was not caused by a failure on pjwin's part. Any gameplay conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — will be treated as conducted by you, and bets placed will stand unless pjwin determines, in its sole discretion, that fraudulent third-party access occurred.

All financial transactions on pjwin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• pjwin accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank, and approved over-the-counter payment channels including 7-Eleven and M Lhuillier.
• The minimum deposit is ₱100 for GCash and Maya; ₱200 for bank transfer methods.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• pjwin does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are set at pjwin's discretion and displayed in the Wallet section of your account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account in your verified name that matches the deposit source wherever operationally possible.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request will be processed. pjwin reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold pending identity verification or additional due-diligence checks.
• Typical processing times are: GCash and Maya — 5 to 15 minutes; bank transfers — 30 minutes to 2 business hours, depending on the receiving bank and time of day.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements and maximum cashout caps applicable to the relevant bonus before withdrawal is permitted.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

pjwin is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, including the requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines as amended. pjwin reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation, delay or freeze withdrawals, and report suspicious transaction activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law.

pjwin offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programmes to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms disclosed with each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise specified, bonus credits must be wagered a defined number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and applicable game contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time limits: Bonus offers and their associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion's terms. Unused or unmet bonus conditions will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may be excluded from, or contribute at a reduced rate toward, wagering requirements. The applicable game restrictions are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum cashout caps: Winnings generated from bonus play may be subject to a maximum cashout amount. Any winnings exceeding the cap will be voided at the time of withdrawal processing.
• One promotion per household: Promotional offers are typically limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise specified.
• Abuse and fraud: Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, arbitrage strategies, or any other method deemed abusive by pjwin — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on pjwin are governed by the rules published by the respective game providers and by the general fair-play standards maintained by pjwin. The following applies to all gameplay on the Platform:

• All games of chance use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published openly in the game's information panel within the pjwin lobby.
• All live dealer games operate in real-time from dedicated studios. Live game results are determined by real physical outcomes (card draws, wheel spins, dice rolls) and are not influenced by any pjwin system or software.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or system error that disrupts the completion of a game round, pjwin reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. No winnings shall be payable in respect of any void game round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pjwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age, or assisting a minor to access the Platform;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated mechanism to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for genuine human players;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit other players or the Platform;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, theft, or proceeds of unlawful gambling;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any pjwin software or game;
• Engaging in any conduct that damages, disrupts, or interferes with the operation of the Platform or its infrastructure.

pjwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its players. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by players at any time. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: Players can set session time alerts that notify them of how long they have been playing during a single session.
• Cooling-off periods: A temporary break from gambling of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days can be requested at any time. During a cooling-off period, the account remains accessible for withdrawals but is disabled for wagering.

All intellectual property on the pjwin Platform — including but not limited to the pjwin brand name, logo, website design, user interface, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the property of pjwin or its respective licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the pjwin Platform without prior written consent.

All third-party game content available on pjwin — including titles from JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, WM Live, and other studio partners — remains the exclusive intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to pjwin for distribution on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pjwin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pjwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pjwin expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage;
• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or technical failures of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond pjwin's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, internet service provider failures, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, or Metrobank;
• Any gameplay outcomes, including losses sustained during gaming sessions on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits pjwin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by pjwin's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

pjwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pjwin reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• You have provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Your account activity suggests money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Regulatory or law enforcement authorities have directed pjwin to take action on your account;
• You are found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms;
• Continued operation of your account presents an unacceptable financial or regulatory risk to pjwin.

Where an account is closed for legitimate breach of these Terms, pjwin reserves the right to retain the balance in the account as damages or to return it at pjwin's discretion following the completion of any investigation. Where an account is closed at pjwin's initiative for reasons not constituting a breach by you, any verified remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pjwin's support team via live chat. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to account closure where applicable.

pjwin collects, processes, and stores personal data about registered players in accordance with the pjwin Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy.

By registering an account and using the pjwin Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of responsible gaming services.

pjwin processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. You have rights in respect of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your data in appropriate circumstances.

pjwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at pjwin.club/terms-conditions and will include the effective date of the most recent revision.

Where amendments are material, pjwin will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered Philippine mobile number or via a notification displayed on the Platform following login. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

Your continued use of the pjwin Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
